Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of $30.00 will be required upon application submission. This covers items such as credit and background checks, which are initiated immediately with every application.
Security Deposit
A security deposit equal to half of one month's rent is required. Applicants with a low credit score may incur a higher security deposit.
The security deposit is refundable and will be returned to you the month following your move out, less any costs associated with damages, cleaning, or unpaid rent.
Pet Policy & Fees
We welcome your pets. Two pets are allowed per apartment. A 50-pound weight limit is in place for dogs, and breed restrictions do apply.
Monthly pet rent is $40.00 per pet per month.
Utilities
Residents in market rate apartments pay a set monthly rate for water, sewer, and trash removal. For a one-bedroom that monthly cost is $30.00. For a two-bedroom that monthly cost is $45.00.
All residents are responsible for the cost of electricity through Ameren Missouri.
Parking
Gated surface lot parking is available for $95.00 per month.
Private Storage Units
Private storage units are available for $35.00 per month.

Affordable Living
Majestic Stove Lofts offers a variety of homes at a wide range of rental rates, including apartments that are reserved for those earning less than 60% of the county median income.
Programs are in place that allow apartments to be available to individuals and families who may otherwise be unable to afford a premium location. One such criteria is that household income must be less than the limitations set forth here.
Student restrictions apply. Rental rates are set and do not fluctuate based on resident income amounts.
